Kaseera Namantha is the Director – Business Development at Victus-X Outsourcing (Pvt) Ltd. Based in Australia, with over 20 years of experience across finance, shared services, and business process outsourcing (BPO), serving clients in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. He is responsible for driving strategic growth, building long-term client partnerships, and delivering cost-effective, SLA-driven outsourcing solutions aligned with ANZ business expectations.

He is a Member of CA ANZ and a Member of CA Sri Lanka. In addition, Kaseera holds a Postgraduate Qualification in Marketing from the University of Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, enabling him to bridge financial rigor with strong commercial and client-centric strategy.

Kaseera began his career with Ernst & Young (EY), Sri Lanka, where he developed a strong foundation in audit and assurance, financial reporting, internal controls, governance, and risk management. His EY experience with multinational and regional clients instilled a disciplined approach to quality, compliance, and delivery excellence—capabilities highly valued by Australian and New Zealand organisations outsourcing critical finance processes.

With significant exposure to the Australia–Pacific region, Kaseera possesses a deep understanding of ANZ client requirements, including transparent pricing, measurable SLAs, predictable turnaround times, data security, and regulatory compliance.

As Director – Business Development, Kaseera leads solution design, client engagement, and relationship management, ensuring Victus-X delivers reliable, high-quality, and outcome-focused BPO services. His leadership combines ANZ-grade governance, commercial insight, and a results-driven mindset, positioning Victus-X as a trusted outsourcing partner for organisations across Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands.
